In this guide, we'll walk you through step - by - step directions to make the juiciest whole roasted chicken you've ever tasted. First things first, let's talk about choosing the right chicken. Opt for a fresh, high - quality chicken. Look for one that has plump breasts and a good amount of fat under the skin. The fat will help keep the chicken moist during the roasting process. You can also choose between organic and conventionally raised chickens based on your preference and budget.
